Shipping policy

We ship via Royal Mail and other carriers which are based in the UK as this is where we ship from.

Pre-orders 
FISH STICKS and some items are pre-order (made to order items). Orders placed now are dispatched from a date shown on the product (outside of normal shipping). You will get a dispatch confirmation with tracking when it leaves us. If you order a pre-order item alongside anything else, the whole order ships together once the pre-order is ready.

Where we ship
The United Kingdom and internationally to over forty countries including the United States, Canada and Australia.

Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and items ordered. You see the exact cost before you pay.

We offer selected free shipping from time to time which will be shown on the site. These offers are limited to the UK

Dispatch and delivery
In stock items are dispatched within 1-5 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: UK 2-5 working days, EU 2-7 working days, rest of world 7-10 working days. These are estimates rather than guarantees and time is not of the essence.

Royal Mail and other UK based carriers, depending on destination and weight.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them.

Addresses
We dispatch to the address given at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you, and re-delivery will be charged.

Lost or delayed
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of estimated delivery, email hello@fish56octagon.com with your order number and we will raise it with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged, so we can put it right.
